Boxing Daily Report from the South Africa National Finals 2035,  taking place on 26/04/2035 from Port Elizabeth, South Africa:

The Port Elizabeth venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bart Kathrada (36(17) - 20) who hails from Katlehong, South Africa and Declan Nzanzi(1 - 0) from Germiston, South Africa.  

Round 1:

Nzanzi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Kathrada lands a left hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  Kathrada clinches his opponent.  Kathrada is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Kathrada's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Kathrada throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kathrada digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kathrada steps inside.  Kathrada sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kathrada digs in a right hook to Nzanzi's body.  Kathrada clinches his opponent.  Nzanzi is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Nzanzi lands a right hook.  Kathrada holds on to his opponent.  Kathrada leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kathrada steps inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Nzanzi recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Kathrada lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Nzanzi could be stopped here, if Kathrada can find the right shot!  Kathrada lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head, AND NZANZI IS DOWN!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Kathrada!
