Rob Craib vs Darryl MacAllister

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 26/04/2035 from New York City, USA:

The New York City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Rob Craib (24 - 7) who hails from New York City, USA and Darryl MacAllister(4 - 18) from Charlotte, USA.  

Round 1: 

MacAllister steps away from his opponent.  Craib lands with a hard jab.  
MacAllister sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Craib lands a jab.  
MacAllister steps to the outside.  MacAllister sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Craib lands with a sharp jab.  
Craib is on target with a cross.  
MacAllister manages to force Craib onto the ropes.  MacAllister attempts to land a right hook, but Craib slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
MacAllister quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Craib hits home with a hard jab.

Craib lands a sharp jab.  
Craib advances into close range.  MacAllister throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Craib gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Craib lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Craib voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  MacAllister accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Craib.  MacAllister drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
MacAllister quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Craib is on target with a jab.  
Craib lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.  
MacAllister steps to the outside.  Craib attempts to land a cross, but MacAllister sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Craib gets on the inside.  MacAllister pivots to the right of his opponent, but Craib lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Craib lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Craib's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.

MacAllister pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
MacAllister hits home with a left hook.  
Craib attempts to land a jab, but MacAllister slips the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
MacAllister digs in a solid left hook to his opponents liver.
