Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 23/03/2035 from Montevideo, Uruguay:

The Montevideo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Diego Roza (23 - 8) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Matthew Badder(1 - 6) from Philadelphia, USA.  

Round 1: 

Badder feints a left, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Roza lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Roza is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents liver.  
Roza steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Roza lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.

Roza steps inside.  Badder throws a left uppercut, but Roza clinches his opponent.  Roza is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Roza lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Roza lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Roza walks Badder down, trapping him on the ropes.  Badder throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Roza holds on to his opponent.  Roza is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Roza.  
Roza drives a right uppercut into Badder's body.  
Roza lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Roza steps inside and drives a solid right hook into his opponents body.  
Badder closes the distance.  Roza drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Roza gets on the inside and is on target with a left uppercut.

Roza pivots to the right of his opponent.  Badder lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Roza ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Badder pushes his forearm into Roza's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Badder to stop fouling.  
Roza connects with a sharp left uppercut.  
Roza steps inside and lands a firm right uppercut.  
Roza throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Roza closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Badder feints a left, and then lands a jab.  
Roza pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Badder almost instantly recovers. 
Roza forces Badder to back into the ropes.  Roza quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Roza closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Roza digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Roza gets on the inside.  Badder throws a left hook, but Roza holds on to his opponent.  Roza is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Badder lands a right uppercut.  Roza clinches his opponent.  Roza leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
