Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 23/02/2035 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Clarin (28 - 10) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Dave Hoy(9 - 8) from Cleveland, USA.  

Round 1: 

Hoy steps to the outside.  Hoy sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Clarin lands a jab to the head, an overhand right to the head and a cross to the body.  
Clarin closes the distance and hits home with a firm right hook.  
Hoy sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Clarin is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  Clarin throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Hoy's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Clarin closes the distance and is on target with a sharp right uppercut.

Clarin lands a cross to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Hoy sidesteps to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Hoy sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Clarin is on target with a left uppercut.

Clarin attempts to land a left uppercut, but Hoy blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Hoy manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Clarin throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook to Clarin's body.
