Bryan Glasby vs Rob McClellan

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 18/02/2035 from Las Vegas, USA:

The Las Vegas venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bryan Glasby (17 - 17) who hails from Henderson, USA and Rob McClellan(0 - 8) from Grand Rapids, USA.  

Round 1: 

Glasby feints a cross, and then finds the target with a stinging jab.  
McClellan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Glasby tries to land a cross, but McClellan blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
McClellan gets on the inside and manouvers Glasby into the corner.  Glasby lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Glasby steps to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Glasby tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Glasby lands a jab to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
McClellan cuts off the ring, trapping Glasby on the ropes.  McClellan snaps his opponents head back with a sharp jab.  
Glasby switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Glasby lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
McClellan closes the distance and manouvers Glasby into a neutral corner.  Glasby is on target with a left hook.  
Glasby is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
McClellan advances into close range.  Glasby hits home with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Glasby's trainer is telling his fighter to play it safe for the remainder of the fight.

Glasby tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Glasby leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  McClellan accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Glasby.  McClellan hits home with a cross.  
McClellan is on target with a solid jab.  
McClellan is on target with a jab.  
Glasby is on target with a cross.  
Glasby steps away from his opponent and lands a jab.  
McClellan advances into close range.  Glasby lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Glasby attempts to land a right hook, but McClellan sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.
