Hitoshi Ogasawara vs Felix Roach

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 03/02/2035 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hitoshi Ogasawara (44(7) - 15) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Felix Roach(4 - 4) from Brisbane, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Ogasawara steps inside and is on target with a left hook to Roach's ribs.  
Ogasawara advances into close range and tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Ogasawara throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Ogasawara ties up his opponent.  Ogasawara is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Ogasawara is looking to close the distance.  Ogasawara sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a solid left uppercut.  
Ogasawara lands with a spiteful jab.  
Roach tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook.  
Ogasawara lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Ogasawara walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Ogasawara lands a right hook.  
Ogasawara is on target with a solid right hook to Roach's ribcage.

Ogasawara lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Ogasawara ties up his opponent.  Ogasawara tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Roach behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Ogasawara.  Ogasawara tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Ogasawara's body.  
Ogasawara is on target with a firm left hook to Roach's ribs.  Ogasawara clinches his opponent.  Roach is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Ogasawara throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Ogasawara holds on to his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Ogasawara lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND ROACH IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Roach almost instantly recovers. 
Ogasawara quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Ogasawara drives a sharp right hook into his opponents body.  Ogasawara holds on to his opponent.  Roach is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Ogasawara pushes his forearm into Roach's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ogasawara about fouling.  
Ogasawara lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Roach quickly recovers. 
Ogasawara is looking to close the distance and whips in a nasty left hook to his opponents body.  ROACH WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Roach quickly recovers. 
Ogasawara lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Ogasawara DETONATES a hurtful right hook on his opponents face.  ROACH IS DOWN!  HE ISNT GOING TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Ogasawara!
