Hiro Akiyama vs William MacKintosh

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 15/01/2035 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hiro Akiyama (15 - 11) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and William MacKintosh(0 - 3) from Brisbane, Australia.  

Round 1: 

MacKintosh attempts to land a jab, but Akiyama sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook.  
MacKintosh closes the distance.  Akiyama lands a left hook to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  
Akiyama tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right, overhand left and a cross to his opponents head.

Akiyama stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  MacKintosh attempts to land a cross, but Akiyama slips the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Akiyama lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Akiyama lands a cross to the body followed by two jab's to the head.  
Akiyama lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
MacKintosh advances into close range.  MacKintosh throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Akiyama time to recover.  
Akiyama lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.

MacKintosh steps inside.  MacKintosh pivots from in front of his opponent, but Akiyama lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

MacKintosh steps inside.  Akiyama lands a firm left hook.  
Akiyama is looking to keep his distance and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.
