Kenji Shimizu vs Michi Yamane

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 14/01/2035 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Kenji Shimizu (38 - 15) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Michi Yamane(8 - 12(1)) from Tokyo, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Shimizu feints a jab, tricking Yamane into countering with a left hook.  Shimizu springs the trap and counters with  a left hook.

Yamane steps inside.  Shimizu tries to land a left uppercut, but Yamane sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Shimizu is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Shimizu sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Yamane is looking to close the distance and tries to land a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
