Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/01/2035 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Kaede Kawamoto (53(9) - 19) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and John Riddel(0 - 3) from Montgomery, USA.  

Round 1: 

Kawamoto hits home with a solid jab.  
Riddel lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Kawamoto lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Riddel steps to the outside.  Kawamoto is on target with a sharp cross.

Kawamoto is looking to close the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Kawamoto lands a stinging right hook.  
Kawamoto manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Kawamoto lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Kawamoto drives a firm right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Kawamoto lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Kawamoto is on target with a cross.

The ref breaks Kawamoto's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Kawamoto lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Kawamoto clinches his opponent.  Riddel is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Riddel quickly recovers.

Kawamoto steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Riddel almost instantly recovers.
