Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 03/01/2035 from Montevideo, Uruguay:

The Montevideo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alejandro Rodriguez (26 - 22) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Fedor Savas(1 - 1) from Thessaloniki, Greece.  

Round 1: 

Savas sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Rodriguez lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Savas digs in a right hook to Rodriguez's body.  
Savas throws a right uppercut, but Rodriguez clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Rodriguez pushes his forearm into Savas's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Rodriguez lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Rodriguez feints a right hook, and then lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Rodriguez advances into close range and is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Savas hits home with a right hook.  Rodriguez holds on to his opponent.  Rodriguez is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Rodriguez connects with a firm left hook.  
Rodriguez steps inside.  Savas lands a left hook.  
Rodriguez connects with a stinging right hook.  
Rodriguez gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Savas is on target with a right uppercut.  Savas tries to land a cross, but Rodriguez slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Rodriguez steps inside and hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Rodriguez lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Savas sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Rodriguez is on target with a jab.  
Rodriguez closes the distance and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Rodriguez ties up his opponent.  Rodriguez pushes his forearm into Savas's face.  The referee warns Rodriguez and breaks the clinch.  
Rodriguez lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Rodriguez throws a left hook, but is off-target.  Rodriguez ties up his opponent.  Rodriguez uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Savas behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Rodriguez throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Rodriguez clinches his opponent.  Rodriguez uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Savas behind the head. 
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Savas's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!

Rodriguez walks his opponent into a corner.  Rodriguez lands a cross.  
Rodriguez gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Rodriguez is on target with a big right hook.  DOWN GOES SAVAS!  HE TRIES TO RISE BUT HIS LEGS DONT RESPOND...THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Rodriguez!
