Louis Claude vs Spencer Phoenix

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 21/12/2034 from Montreal, Canada:

The Montreal venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Louis Claude (27 - 12) who hails from Laval, Canada and Spencer Phoenix(4 - 16) from Burnaby, Canada.  

Round 1: 

Claude lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Claude switches the action to the outside.  Claude quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Phoenix attempts to land a cross, but Claude slips the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Claude hits home with a cross.  
Phoenix pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Phoenix closes the distance.  Claude lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Phoenix lands a solid jab.  
Claude tries to keep the action at long range and lands a hard jab.  
Claude connects with a cross.  
Phoenix is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Phoenix connects with a sharp right hook.  
Phoenix sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Claude is on target with a firm right uppercut to Phoenix's body.  
Claude pivots from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Claude lands a cross to the body followed by two jab's to the head.

Phoenix walks Claude down, trapping him on the ropes.  Phoenix is on target with a firm left hook.

Phoenix attempts to land a jab, but Claude slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Phoenix gets on the inside and drives a right hook into Claude's ribs.  
Claude is looking to keep his distance.  Claude feints a cross, tricking Phoenix into throwing a right uppercut counter.  Claude springs the trap, countering with  a right uppercut.  
Phoenix finds the target with a stiff jab.  
Phoenix advances into close range.  Claude throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Claude feints a left, and then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Phoenix's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Phoenix steps inside.  Phoenix sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Claude drives a stinging right uppercut into Phoenix's body.  
Phoenix attempts to land a jab, but Claude dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Phoenix is on target with a cross.  
Claude lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Claude is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.
