Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/10/2034 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Kei Takata (18 - 9) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Arvid Thoresen(0 - 5) from Aarhus, Denmark.  

Round 1: 

Takata closes the distance.  Thoresen hits home with a right hook.

Takata walks Thoresen onto the ropes.  Takata is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents body.

Takata lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Takata is on target with a left hook.  
Takata pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Thoresen pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a firm cross.  
Takata closes the distance.  Thoresen attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Takata time to recover.  
Takata lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Takata is looking to close the distance and is on target with a stinging left hook to Thoresen's body.  
Takata lands a right hook.  Takata holds on to his opponent.  Takata is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Takata is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Takata throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  Takata ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Takata pushes his forearm into Thoresen's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Takata.  
Takata is looking to close the distance.  Thoresen throws a right hook, but Takata ties up his opponent.  Thoresen is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Takata sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a solid jab into his opponents face.  
Takata closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Takata lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  
Thoresen throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Takata hits home with a right hook.  
Takata closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Takata lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Takata throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Takata clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Thoresen pushes his forearm into Takata's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.
