Arran Rossi vs Inigo Smith

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 14/08/2034 from Brisbane, Australia:

The Brisbane venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Arran Rossi (26 - 7) who hails from Townsville, Australia and Inigo Smith(0 - 3) from Brisbane, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Rossi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Smith steps to the outside.  Smith sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Rossi lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Rossi steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Smith is whaling away with hooks, but Rossi keeps his defence tight.

Rossi steps to the outside.  Smith lands a cross.  
Rossi is on target with a solid cross.

Rossi is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a solid jab.  
Smith stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Rossi lands with a stinging jab.  
Rossi tries to step out of his opponents range.  Smith tries to land a cross, but Rossi blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Rossi tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Rossi switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab to his opponents body.
