The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Michael Penman (41(3) - 13) who hails from Miami, USA and Sid Roche(0 - 9) from Chicago, USA.

Penman advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Penman manouvers Roche into the corner.  Penman lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Roche quickly recovers. 
Penman lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  Penman ties up his opponent.  Penman throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Penman steps inside and hits home with a solid left hook.  
Penman throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Penman clinches his opponent.  Penman uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Roche behind the head. 
Roche throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Penman ties up his opponent.  Penman is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Penman hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Penman lands a sharp right uppercut.  
Penman manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Penman lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Penman is on target with a firm left hook.  
Penman lands a left hook.  Penman clinches his opponent.  Penman leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Penman to stop holding.  
Penman closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Penman advances into close range.  Roche attempts to land a right uppercut, but Penman sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Penman lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Penman gets on the inside.  Roche throws a left hook, but Penman holds on to his opponent.  Penman tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Roche behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Penman whips in a big right hook to his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE ROCHE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Penman is looking to force the stoppage!  Penman lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND DOWN GOES ROCHE!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Roche cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Penman!
