The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mikio Nakajima (10 - 13) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Mitsuru Kurata(0 - 2) from Kashiwa, Japan.

Round 2: 

Kurata gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.  Nakajima holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Kurata pushes his forearm into Nakajima's face.  The referee warns Kurata and breaks the clinch.  
Nakajima lands a solid overhand right.  
Nakajima lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Nakajima feints a right hook, and then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Nakajima steps away from his opponent and connects with an overhand right.  
Kurata tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kurata advances into close range.  Kurata pivots to the side of his opponent.  Kurata attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Nakajima's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Kurata closes the distance.  Nakajima lands a firm right hook.  
Kurata tries to land a cross, but Nakajima slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Nakajima steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kurata closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Nakajima on the ropes.  Kurata sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kurata throws a right hook, but Nakajima clinches his opponent.  Kurata uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Nakajima behind the head. Kurata leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
