Mike Waterston vs Dario Mesquita

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 18/06/2034 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mike Waterston (25 - 9) who hails from Fontana, USA and Dario Mesquita(1 - 2) from Orlando, USA.  

Round 1: 

Waterston lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Waterston walks Mesquita onto the ropes.  Waterston sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Waterston lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.

Waterston advances into close range.  Waterston digs in a stinging right hook to Mesquita's ribcage.

Mesquita steps inside.  Waterston is on target with a right uppercut.  Waterston clinches his opponent.  Mesquita tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Waterston behind the head. The referee warns Mesquita and breaks the clinch.
