Bryan Glasby vs Henry Pickens

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 03/06/2034 from Las Vegas, USA:

The Las Vegas venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bryan Glasby (10 - 14) who hails from Henderson, USA and Henry Pickens(0 - 1) from Mobile, USA.  

Round 1: 

Glasby pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Pickens lands a right hook.  
Glasby hits home with a right uppercut.  
Glasby is looking to close the distance.  Glasby pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Pickens tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross.

Glasby pivots to the side of his opponent and goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Pickens time to recover.  
Glasby lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Glasby sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Glasby lands a right hook.  
Glasby closes the distance.  Glasby pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Glasby throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Glasby is on target with a right uppercut.  
Glasby steps inside.  Glasby pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Pickens finds the target with a jab.  
Glasby sidesteps to the right of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Pickens switches the action to the outside.  Glasby is on target with a jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Glasby's trainer is telling his fighter to play it safe for the remainder of the fight.

Glasby voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Pickens steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Pickens lands a right hook.  
Glasby lands a jab.  
Pickens is on target with a jab.  
Glasby drives a solid jab into his opponents face.  
Pickens goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Glasby's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Pickens is looking to keep his distance.  Glasby lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.
