Paul Busto vs Tim Hughes

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 28/05/2034 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Paul Busto (10 - 6) who hails from San Bernardino, USA and Tim Hughes(0 - 2) from Boston, USA.  

Round 1: 

Busto closes the distance.  Busto pivots to the left of his opponent, but Hughes is on target with a left hook.  
Busto lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Busto advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Busto steps inside.  Hughes attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Busto to the neutral corner.  He warns Hughes that he could be heading for a point deduction.  
Hughes drives a right uppercut into Busto's ribcage.

Busto lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Hughes goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Busto's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Busto hits home with a left hook.  
Busto gets on the inside.  Hughes throws a left hook, but Busto ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Hughes pushes his forearm into Busto's face.  The referee warns Hughes and breaks the clinch.

Busto lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Busto tries to land a cross, but Hughes blocks the shot and counters with a firm right hook to Busto's ribcage.

Busto manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Hughes is on target with a right uppercut.  Busto clinches his opponent.  Hughes hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hughes advances into close range.  Busto is on target with a stinging right uppercut.  
Busto sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Hughes is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Busto forces Hughes to retreat into a neutral corner.  Hughes hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Busto is looking to close the distance.  Busto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Hughes time to recover.  
Busto is on target with a stinging right hook to Hughes's body.  
Busto lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.

Hughes feints a left hook, but Busto is not fooled and responds with a right uppercut.
