Boxing Daily Report from the Uganda National Finals 2034,  taking place on 26/04/2034 from Gulu, Uganda:

The Gulu venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Tumukye (13(1) - 6) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Phil Bibodi(13 - 14) from Kampala, Uganda.  

Round 1: 

Bibodi is looking to close the distance and throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to Bibodi's body.  
Bibodi gets on the inside and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Tumukye attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Bibodi time to recover.
