The Sao Paulo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Joaquin Gularte (9 - 9) who hails from Sao Paulo, Brazil and Macario Jeronimo(3 - 6) from Belem, Brazil.  

Round 1:

Gularte quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Gularte tries to keep the action at long range and strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Gularte lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Jeronimo lands a cross.  
Jeronimo lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body.

Jeronimo manages to force Gularte onto the ropes.  Jeronimo throws a right uppercut, but Gularte clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Jeronimo pushes his forearm into Gularte's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Jeronimo to stop fouling.  
Jeronimo feints a right hook, and then lands a left hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  Jeronimo attempts to land a jab, but Gularte sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Jeronimo manouvers Gularte onto the ropes.  Jeronimo drives a stinging left uppercut into Gularte's body.  
Jeronimo throws a right hook, but Gularte holds on to his opponent.  Jeronimo leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Gularte pushes his forearm into Jeronimo's face.  The referee warns Gularte and breaks the clinch.  
Jeronimo tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Jeronimo steps inside.  Gularte throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Gularte ties up his opponent.  Jeronimo leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gularte steps to the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Gularte is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Gularte feints a left, and then lands a sharp jab.
