Yves Sand vs Will Tweedie

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 22/04/2034 from Calgary, Canada:

The Calgary venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Yves Sand (2 - 3) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Will Tweedie(4 - 14) from Calgary, Canada.  

Round 1: 

Sand walks Tweedie down, trapping him on the ropes.  Tweedie is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Sand advances into close range.  Sand pivots from in front of his opponent, but Tweedie digs in a stinging left uppercut to Sand's body.  
Sand digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Sand attempts to land a left hook, but Tweedie slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Sand connects with a right hook.  
Sand lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Sand steps inside.  Tweedie digs in a left hook to Sand's body.  
Sand is looking to close the distance.  Tweedie throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Sand's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Sand sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Tweedie attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Sand to the neutral corner.  He warns Tweedie that he could be heading for a point deduction.  
Sand walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Tweedie lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.

Sand gets on the inside.  Tweedie lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Sand closes the distance and digs in a firm left uppercut to Tweedie's liver.  
Tweedie feints a cross, and then lands a left hook followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Tweedie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Sand attempts to land a cross, but Tweedie blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Tweedie pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Sand closes the distance.  Sand pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to Tweedie's body.  
Sand lands a left hook.  
Tweedie lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Sand's trainer is telling his fighter he needs a knockout to win!  Tweedie's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.
