Catanoso switches the action to the outside and throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Catanoso is on target with a solid jab.  Catanoso tries to land a jab, but Ghiglia parries the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Ghiglia gets on the inside and hits home with a left hook.  
Ghiglia steps inside and drives a sharp left uppercut into his opponents liver.  Ghiglia ties up his opponent.  Catanoso throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Catanoso and breaks the clinch.

The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Ghiglia manouvers Catanoso onto the ropes.  Catanoso attempts to land a right hook, but Ghiglia sidesteps and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Ghiglia sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a WICKED left uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE CATANOSO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Catanoso quickly recovers. 
Ghiglia connects with a right hook.  
Ghiglia is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Ghiglia ties up his opponent.  Ghiglia pushes his forearm into Catanoso's face.  The ref breaks Ghiglia's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ghiglia forces Catanoso to retreat onto the ropes.  Ghiglia pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Ghiglia sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Catanoso lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Ghiglia holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Catanoso pushes his forearm into Ghiglia's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Catanoso about fouling.  
Ghiglia lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, KNOCKING CATANOSO DOWN!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Ghiglia!
