Boxing Daily Report from the Ireland National Finals 2034,  taking place on 29/03/2034 from Galway, Ireland:

The Galway venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mike MacAlastair (12 - 8) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Ronan Moore(5 - 0) from Dun Laoghaire, Ireland.  

Round 1: 

Moore sidesteps to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.

Moore lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Moore quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but MacAlastair hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
MacAlastair pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a sharp cross.  
Moore feints a cross, but MacAlastair ignores the feint and responds with a sharp right hook.

Moore forces MacAlastair to back into the ropes.  Moore contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  MacAlastair throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Moore lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Moore is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  MacAlastair tries to land a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Moore walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Moore pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...MacAlastair's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!  Moore's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.
