Taro Kawaguchi vs Satoru Oki

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 29/03/2034 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Taro Kawaguchi (9 - 12) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Satoru Oki(8 - 10) from Sendai, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Oki is looking to close the distance.  Oki quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Kawaguchi digs in a right uppercut to Oki's body.  
Oki lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Oki is on target with a cross to his opponents body.  
Oki steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Oki advances into close range and is on target with a left hook.  
Kawaguchi is looking to keep his distance.  Oki lands a cross.  
Kawaguchi tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a hard jab.  
Kawaguchi sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but  throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Kawaguchi time to recover.  
Kawaguchi is on target with a sharp cross.  
Oki pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Oki steps to the outside.  Oki sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Oki attempts to land a jab, but Kawaguchi slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Kawaguchi lands with a spiteful jab.  
Kawaguchi sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kawaguchi is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Oki finds the target with a sharp jab.

Kawaguchi is looking to keep his distance and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Oki tries to land a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Kawaguchi stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Oki tries to land a jab, but Kawaguchi blocks the shot and counters with a firm left hook to Oki's body.  
Oki gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Oki quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Kawaguchi lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Oki manouvers Kawaguchi onto the ropes.  Oki feints a cross, and then hits home with a right uppercut.  
Kawaguchi feints a right hook, and then lands a cross.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Kawaguchi's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.  Oki's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Oki gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kawaguchi steps to the outside and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Kawaguchi is on target with a spiteful jab.  
Kawaguchi lands a jab.  
Kawaguchi is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Oki connects with a cross.  
Oki is looking to close the distance and walks Kawaguchi into the corner.  Oki is on target with a firm left uppercut.  
Oki lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Oki pivots to the side of his opponent, but Kawaguchi lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Kawaguchi is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a spiteful jab.
