Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/03/2034 from Las Vegas, USA:

The Las Vegas venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gareth Dixon (16 - 11) who hails from Las Vegas, USA and Joel Meikle(0 - 0) from Milwaukee, USA.  

Round 1: 

Dixon gets on the inside.  Dixon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.

Dixon steps inside and is on target with a left hook to Meikle's body.  
Dixon throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Dixon ties up his opponent.  Dixon uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Meikle's kidney. The ref breaks Dixon's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Meikle drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Dixon switches the action to the outside.  Dixon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Dixon connects with a stinging cross.  Dixon throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Meikle manouvers Dixon onto the ropes.  Meikle lands a jab.
