Selestino Izquierdo vs John Echevarria

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 02/03/2034 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Selestino Izquierdo (19 - 10) who hails from St. Petersburg, USA and John Echevarria(0 - 2) from Salem, USA.  

Round 1: 

Izquierdo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Echevarria is looking to close the distance.  Izquierdo throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

As they grapple, Izquierdo pushes his forearm into Echevarria's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Izquierdo about fouling.  
Echevarria quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but  throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Echevarria time to recover.
