The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Fumio Sonoda (16(1) - 5) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Ichiro Tamashiro(2 - 5) from Nagoya, Japan.

Sonoda steps inside.  Sonoda drives a sharp left hook into Tamashiro's body.  Sonoda clinches his opponent.  Sonoda uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Tamashiro behind the head. Sonoda throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Tamashiro's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
