Ichiro Masaki vs Yuichi Toyoda

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 09/01/2034 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ichiro Masaki (26 - 12) who hails from Fuchu, Japan and Yuichi Toyoda(1 - 4) from Kashiwa, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Masaki is looking to close the distance.  Masaki sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Masaki digs in a sharp left hook to Toyoda's body.  Masaki holds on to his opponent.  Toyoda pushes his forearm into Masaki's face.  The referee warns Toyoda and breaks the clinch.  
Masaki lands a solid right hook.  
Masaki pivots from in front of his opponent.  Masaki lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Masaki clinches his opponent.  Masaki pushes his forearm into Toyoda's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Masaki connects with a sharp left hook.  
Masaki lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Masaki gets on the inside.  Toyoda throws a right hook, but Masaki holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Masaki pushes his forearm into Toyoda's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Masaki to stop fouling.

Toyoda throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp cross.

Toyoda finds the target with a jab.  
Toyoda walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Toyoda attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Masaki's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Toyoda is on target with a right uppercut to Masaki's ribs.
