Xeres Barcenas vs Connor Howie

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at First Avenue, Minneapolis,  taking place on 13/11/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Xeres Barcenas (3(1) - 0) who hails from Las Tunas, Cuba and Connor Howie(3 - 0 - 1) from Oakland, USA.  Barcenas weighed in at 225 pounds and 5 ounces, while Howie weighed in at 245 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ian Soderberg, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Mattus, Nathan Langer and Brad Dey.
