Gianfranco De Palo vs Mauro Meloni

Boxing Daily Report from the Biira Promotions promoted show at Turin Smuraglia, Turin,  taking place on 29/07/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Italy-Piedmont Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gianfranco De Palo (6 - 1 - 3) who hails from Turin, Italy and Mauro Meloni(5 - 12 - 5) from Turin, Italy.  De Palo weighed in at 134 pounds and 8 ounces, while Meloni weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rocco Mazzocchi, and the three ringside judges are Vanni La Russa, Daniele Allevi and Vico Buglio.
