Waqar Azizi vs Johnny MacCunn

Boxing Daily Report from the GBWH Promotions promoted show at Hull Arena, Hull,  taking place on 18/07/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Northern England Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqar The Wacker Azizi (7 - 2) who hails from Hull, UK and Johnny MacCunn(18 - 16(5) - 1) from Doncaster, UK.  Azizi weighed in at 168 pounds, while MacCunn weighed in at 167 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is David Duffy, and the three ringside judges are Brin Mickel, Ken McRoberts and Robert Couper.  

Round 1: 

MacCunn is looking to close the distance.  Azizi pivots to the left of his opponent.  Azizi throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
MacCunn gets on the inside.  Azizi is on target with a right hook.  
Azizi attempts to land a jab, but MacCunn sidesteps and counters with a cross.
